Hi community teams,

 

I am building and using Smart Store 5.0.2 at my online shop https://online.greenleafhk.com. I am going to setup the Pay Pal Checkout feature. Unfortunately, it is not successful.

 

My action steps are as below:

1. Login the online shop

2. Add one item in the cart

3. Checkout

4. Shipment as my default shipping address

5. Click Pay Pal button

6. Popup to login Pay Pal with my account

7. Select my Credit Card and confirm

8. I get message from my card to say I have transaction with $10

9. Workflow go into Payment down and Confirm

10. It goes back to Payment again for clicking the PayPal checkout

 

Check to the Credit Card, the transaction is pending

Check to the Pay Pal, it gets the transaction as below log.

Could you advise what can I do? I am hosting the smart store under smarterasp.net. I am not sure can it upgrade it to version 5.0.5.

Alternatively: under Order details --> General --> you can debit each individual PayPal payment.

Unfortunately, the order does not have that record. I believe it is due to not complete the order.

I am going to replace all the files to my website by Smart Store 5.0.5. After replacement, the website asks for installation. I put all information e.g. connection string.

But it shows error as

• Setup failed: An exception was thrown while activating Smartstore.Core.Messaging.MessageTemplateService. (Invalid column name 'SecureOption'.)

 

Could you advise?
