You can change this by updating the string ressurces Tax.ExclVAT and Tax.InclVAT. See Configuration > Regional Setting > Languages > English > View String Resources.

Hi, I'm trying to replace VAT with GST in the footer where it says: "* All prices incl. VAT, plus shipping". In Canada we don't have VAT, but I can't seem to figure out where exactly that code comes from. Is it possible to change that? How, if yes?
