404 error with Filter for shipping methods plugin

I purchased a license and installed the plugin Filter for shipping methods 3.0 on Smartstore 3.0.1. No errors were reported when I installed the plugin in and it shows as "Installed" and "Licensed" in the plug in list.

 

I then went back to Configuration -- Regional Settings - Shipping Methods and when I open an existing shipping method I get an 404 error with Requested URL: /Plugins/SmartStore.ShippingFilter/FilterOutShippingMethod. On the server I can see the folder /Plugins/SmartStore.ShippingFilter.

 

The same error occurs when I add a new shipping method and save it.

 

I did update the resources without an error.

 

Any idea what could be wrong here?

- Is there a SmartStore.ShippingFilter.dll in \Plugins\SmartStore.ShippingFilter?
- Are there any error logs in System > Log about this?
- Does a restart of the application help?
- Does the error occur if the plugin is uninstalled?

Yes there is

My hosting service provider doesn't give me access to this function. I have to request this from support but ....

 

 

- Does the error occur if the plugin is uninstalled?

 

The error didn't happen when it was uninstalled and ... tadaa.... reinstaling it seems to have fixed it.

 

So at the moment it works. Thanks for your help.

By the way, you can restart the application in the backend by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner and then "Restart application".
