I know the developer documentation for this project is still not complete yet. But can I at least get information on how to write a language pack?

There isn't any ready made plugin now for that. You have to write the app to use the REST API provided

I have seen it but I think some of the links are broken or it is incomplete

I am new on this platform and still experimenting with things.

I am a developer and would like to extend the platform to meet my need, but I can't find a comprehensive documentation to do this.

I would be glad if anyone can help with this. Great platform however.
