I have written a program and plugin for automatic printing.

I want to use reporting software. For example fast report, crystal reports, Telerik Reporting or .....

I want to know which license software has no problem release?

In general, any open source license, including GPL, is viable. However, for any commercially licensed component you have to contact the vendor. If royalty-free distribution is possible you're good.
