no Slider on home page

       can you please help me setup the home page slider. as I'm unable to find it under any setting or configuration.

Thanks for response. 

The Builtin themes in community version i.e. Flex Blue and flex Black are not working when i host my app on my local IIS or Live Hosting. CSS and JQuery stops responding. can you help me with this?
