Payment plugin for GT Bank Nigeria

Please I need to build a payment plugin for our website using payment api from a Nigerian bank. The payment process redirects to the bank secured payment page and the returns to the merchant site (my site) returning the status of the payment. 

I have checked documentation but none on payment plugin. I checked the Paypal plugin but cant see anyone that has the redirect function. 

Please how do I go about this? Thanks.
