Hi everyone!

I'm trying to install SmartStore (last version) on a Ubuntu 22.10 VPS following your guide.

The result is (every time I've tried) that the installation seems fine

"Yippieee! The installation was completed successfully ;-) Your shop is being started now...
If you are not automatically redirected to the home page of the store please click here"

 

but after that I obtain a white page... idk if it's a nginx problem... anyone can help me?

Hi,

In our dev environment we also have the problem that the redirection isn't working correctly. What happens if you remove the /install from the URL in your browser?

you could restart your kestrel service like:

 

sudo systemctl restart {servicename}
