Hi

 

I am trying to get the site to run under SSL . but I get error "too many redirects" ???

 

website is :https://robinscreations.store

 

 

 

Suggestions?

SSL still needs to be enabled in the store.

 

Configuration -> Store

I enabled it ...and was getting the error..

 

 

Should the Store Url and the Secure URl be the same value?

 

i.e. https://robinscreati...urnUrl=/admin/ 

 

if i try to go the https//robinscreations.store it redirects to http???

 

 

 

I also have set multistore

Do you have set up SSL on your hosting? There is more than SSL configuration in Smartstore, that ssl setup on your hosting needs to be done too and must be provided by your hosting to Smartstore.

 

You also need an SSL certificate.

 

Please talk to your hoster about this.

yes ssl setup and certificate set..

 

Hosting support cant find problem

 

they are now saying  

"

 

We suggest you login into your database ,then find store table and update SSL settings . After that you can check if your website can work fine .

As I said SSL is setup (according to my host support)  its a 

 

 

 

When I do a https://robinscreations.store it redirects to http://

 

I have 2 stores one has SSL defined aand marked in the Stores configuration 

 

The Second  one doesn't have ssl could this be the problem?

 

 

Should i be setting the URL to 

  http://robinscreations.store

or 

https://robinscreations.store

 

I set 

Host Vaues : robinscreations.store

 

Secured URL: https://robinscreations.store

 

 

Any suggestions??
