Hallo,

 

ohne mir erkenntlichen Grund kann ich plötzlich einige Dinge im Dashboard nicht mehr aufrufen und erhalte bei allen Untermenüs folgende Fehlermeldung:

 

Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. 

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

Eigenartigerweise funktioniert folgendes:

 

Wenn ich im Shop einen Artikel aufrufe und dann auf "Produkt bearbeiten" gehe, kann ich den Artikel sehen und editieren. Beim Drücken auf "Speichern und fortsetzen" erhalte ich keine Fehlermeldung - beim Druck auf "Speichern" erscheint wieder der Fehler.

evtl. ist die maximale Datenbankgröße erreicht.

 

Bitte ändere die folgende Zeile in der web.config Datei (Shop-Root-Verzeichnis).

Danach sollte eine aussagekräftigere Fehlermeldung angezeigt werden.

Alt:
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" />

 

Neu:
<customErrors mode="Off" />

Hallo Achim,

 

mit einem FTP-Programm auf deinem Webspace verbinden und dort in das Shop Verzeichnis wechseln.
Wenn du einen eigenen Server hast im Dateiexplorer zum Shop Verzeichnis gehen.

gemeinsam mit INTAKT haben wir die Web.Config editiert und die eine Zeile auf "Off" gesetzt.

laut Fehlermeldung wurde etwas am Code oder an den Shop-Dateien geändert.
Wurde evtl. ein Shop-Update durchgeführt und es befinden sich nicht kompatible (alte Version) Plugins im Pluginordner?

Hi Wolfgang,

 

der Fehler trat kurz nachdem ich von Frau Sousun ein PlugIn erhalten hatte: OpenTrans Export

 

Das habe ich dann installiert und danach festgestellt, dass es nicht lizensiert war. Gekauft hatte ich dieses: "Datenexporte"

 

Auch dieses habe ich installiert und es läuft auch.

 

OpenTransExport habe ich mittlerweile deinstalliert.

 

Ein Shop-Update wurde nicht durchgeführt. Am Code öderen den ShopDateien habe ich sicher nichts geändert. Einzige Änderung ist die von dir vorgeschlagene "Off".

 

Kann es am falschen PlugIn liegen?

nach der Deinstallation des falschen PlugIn läuft alles wieder (bis jetzt). Ich halte dich auf dem laufenden.
