Already tried that and that part works. Still the OData document is in conflict with your example because you are sending a string instead of decimal.
 
But the real issue lies in the retrieval of the value via OData under Product -->> ProductAttributes -->> ProductVariantAttributeValue then .PriceAdjustment = "133100,0000" what I would expect is "13,3100" If I look into the SQL Database at ProductVariantAttributeValue then I see the value I expect: 13,3100

I cannot reproduce it. Works as expected. Looks like a formatting or parsing issue to me.
