I'm positive I've correctly configured PayPal express via this API Username, Password, Signature that is supplied on the below page. But when clicking the Paypal checkout button from either the main cart or mini cart it just redirects back to the cart with no error message. What am I missing to get this functionality working?

Quick update, it appears if the Use Sandbox flag is active, it just refreshes, if that is shutoff it appears to work normally. However I want to test this and not actually submit money. How do I get the Sandbox working?
