Error of Update Topic in Admin Page

hi all, 

 

I am facing the issue that when I update the topic using admin page (e.g. update the content of topic), it shows error message: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.UrlRecord' with unique index 'IX_UrlRecord_Slug'. The duplicate key value is (xxxxxxx-xxx). The statement has been terminated.

 

I attachment screen capture, can anyone help?

According to change log the bug will be fixed with the next version 3.2 (expected at end of month).

Then you would have to manually find and delete the duplicate UrlRecord. In the backend under CMS > Topics > Edit topic > Tab "Search engines (SEO) > Search engine friendly page name".
Another way to find it is System > SEO names > Object "Topic" > Apply filter. I'm not sure that you can get it away using the UI. Maybe you have to delete the duplicate entry directly in the database, table "UrlRecord", EntityName = Topic.

There are still not working even no duplicate record, it seems to have some problem when the topic has multi-language.

Yes, here's the corresponding fix. There are duplicate entries in the database because the SEO names of different languages were stored with the same ID. Probably best way is to delete all SEO names for that topic (System > SEO names or directly in database) and re-enter it (without duplicates ;-)).
