I have purchased the premium version of smartstore and for some reason sometimes I face the issue of redirection into homepage. This happens in both backend and frontend. I don't really care about backend redirection because I can fix this issue by clearing browser cache. My problem is with the front end. I can't control users devices to clear their cache. The have tested tens of time in different devices. The redirection occurs sometime when searching products, clicking on categories, products, etc. 

 

 

Any advice to fix this issue? I'd appreciate it if someone who faced this issue before can help.

I guess it's an issue that has been fixed here. So it will be available with the next version 3.2. What you can try is to activate Configuration > Stores > SSL > Always use SSL (if not already activated).
