Dear Support,

 

I cloned SmartStore 3.1.5.0 and added some customization and a payment plugin, all working very well in my local environment.

 

I deployed it to an hosting environment but could not go beyond the installation page.

 

On the installation page, i filled every field, clicked install but nothing happened.

 

Kindly assist.

That "nothing happens" is indeed very strange. A broken plugin should report an error at the very last stage of the installation. What does the browser console say when you click on the Install button?
