After migrating to the latest version, I've noticed that no option is currently set in Capture Payment Reason (/Admin/Setting/Payment URL in the admin side).  Should this be set to one of the values in the dropdown list?  Will it cause problems if I do not select an option?

The new option Capture payment amount when… allows to automatically capture the payment amount of an order when the selected event occurs.

The prerequisite is that the payment provider with which the order was paid supports payment capturing. For details see this code.

Unspecified is the default value, which means it won't cause any problems if you don't use the option.
