I'm not sure if this is a config issue or a bug. I have %Shipment.URLForCustomer% in an email. It is using the URL for a different store than the one the customer ordered on.
Custom ordered on store #3. Store #1 is what the url was for.
%Shipment.URLForCustomer% is using wrong store name
