Sorry to the varied questions in one post.  I am trying to get a demo together for a client.

 

1. I have a $0 item in my cart and free shipping with it.  Why does the system still ask for a billing address?  Any way around it?

 

2. During checkout is there a way to skip the billing address?  Again, not needing it.

 

3. I think I know the answer to this as no, but I thought I would ask: Is there any plugins to do a condensed shopping cart?  Client doesn't want a 5 step process, but do the shipping selection right on the check shipping address page?

 

4. Is there a way in admin to force login before viewing any products?  If not in admin, then in web.config or any other method?

 

5. Again I think this is a no, but any way to do order approvals?

 

6. Is there a configuration for an Order handling fee?

1. In many countries a bill has to be made also for 0 Euro amounts.

5.  No, just something similar.
Configuration -> Regional Settings -> Shipping rate computation methods -> Shipping by total

Threshold for small quantities
Surcharge for small quantities
