Can anyone help me with information oh how I can upgrade a databese running on version 2.5 to work on version 3.0?

There's nothing you have to do. The database is migrated automatically the first time the shop is opened after the update.

I manadged to make the upgrade only after insstalling a clean version of 2.5.0 linking it to my database and after that I gradualy made the update to 2.6 , 3.0, 3.01, 3.02 and finaly 3.03.
When making the updates I only kepts the App_data folder.
