Hello, i'm the programmer for Databox informatica Portugal.

 

And i'm working on our new web shop, we are a big re-seller here in Portugal. I really wonted to use your program and the company CEO is really satisfied with your demo and wonted to ask quotation for costume functions.

 

We have servers in the company and every requirement of your program, but wen i try to run it i only get a error 500!

 

I've done like instructed on the documentation, I've unzipped your the folder on the server and pointed the ISS project to there, and every other configuration is done.

 

But wen i go to the browser i only get the error 500, and never get to the installation page! I don't know if I'm missing something but i've done everything that was told on the documentation!

 

I'm using smartStore.net 2.6 that i've downloaded from here "https://www.smartstore.com/en/net"

are you really sure that the prerequisites are fulfilled and the site in the IIS is set up correctly? Could you please attach some more screenshots from the IIS configuration?

Please check the prerequisites again and the first installation chapter. Open web.config and change customErrors mode from "RemoteOnly" to "Off" to get more details about the error.

The problem was really on my part, now it's everything configured OK and the shop is running well. but you guys need to think on a more detailed installation guide.
