Hi all,

I have a problem and I need a little help.

I want to use shipping by weight option. I have activated that option and clicked Configure. I have added for testing purposes two records. One where I add a price for up to 1,99 kg and the second option for 2,00 - 4,99 kg.

I have also added one Shipping method.

I tried to make a purchase to see if this option works and after a few purchases this plugin shipping by weight is not working. Not even once the price for shipping is added according to the weight. I always have 0,00 EUR for shipping.

Also both options in Settings:

Calculate per weight unit

Limit shipping methods to configured ones

 

are not marked.

Does anybody know why this doesn't work?


Am I doing something wrong? I did exactly as per instructions in documentation.

Hi Wolfgang,

Attached is my configuration for shipping by weight.

I figured something after testing. As you can see on attached screenshot I have selected country and when purchasing the shipping is not calculated accordingly.

But when I removed selected country from configuration (see picture 2) shipping by weight is calculated when purchase is made.

This is strange because the price I selected for shipping is only for one country.

How come I cannot select specific country?
