Are there any known issues or tricks to configuring the UPS plugin? I've entered all fields correctly and checked with my freight coordinator that everything checks out but there still seems to be issues.
1. I'm getting a live rate returned from UPS that's more expensive than what I would otherwise pay. I do not have any additional shipping/handling charges applied. I have tried different products and I have tried switching the parcel size but the rate does not change.
2. What makes the UPS plugin decide what services to offer? Some such as "Expedited" and "Expedited Express" do not appear in the list of selectable services. Is this because the plugin was designed for Europe? As well, If I select/enable all services and I go to checkout with my shipping origin being in 1 city and my destination 45 minutes away in another city (Same country, region, province), I am offered to ship the package by Air!?? Doesn't make sense.
How is the plugin designed? Can it be edited? Are these known issues? Thank you.
