I am considering to use Smartstore for a B2B store but I also like to enable private customers. therefor I have made a customer roll profile 'business' where prices are shown without tax.

What I would like now is that when somebody registers with a company name and a tax number he will be automatically added to this roll.

 

Is that possible?

Not out of the box. There is just a customer setting "Customer role at registrations" that assigns a role to each newly registered customer but without any further customer input validation.

Mmmm, would it be very difficult to add such a future?
