Dear Team,

 

We just want to integrate payu money plugin with our smart store. But when i upload .npkg file then it gives an access level error.

 

Error Message is - There was an eror installing the requested package. This can happen if the server does not have write access to the '~/Plugins' or '~/Themes' folder of the web site. If the site is runnin in shared hosted environemen, adding write access to thes folders sometimes needs to be done manually through the Hoster control panel. Once Themes and Plugins have been installed, it is recommended to remove write access to thes folders.

 

Or you can find attechmet.

It appears that the Plugins folder does not have write access. I think the error message is quite clear and detailed   Just follow the instructions.

Thanks for your reply.

 

But i already gives all privlages to "theme and plugins" folders. And after it , it still gives this error message. And i am not able to upload .nupkg file.

 

And

 

For my satisfication can you give me step by step insturctions for "how to give write access" to thease folders.

The user account which you must give permission to is called IUSR. I cannot give you a step by step instruction, because I don't know what your hoster panel looks like.

 

Alternatively you can upload the plugin manually via FTP to your webserver:

1. Rename the .nupkg package extension to .zip and unzip it.
2. Upload the contents of the Content/Plugins folder to the /Plugins folder in your SmartStore.NET directory.
3. Restart your application (or click Reload list of plugins button).
4. Scroll down the list to find the newly installed plugin.
5. Click the Install button to install the plugin.

Thanks for your reply. 

 

We already give permissions to IUSR for Plugin and theme folders.  But still getting the same error message.

 

And as you told me we tried for alternative way. But there is no folder with this name Content/Plugins . 

Please find atteched .nupkg file.

But the package you attached is not a valid SmartStore.NET plugin package. It is the official Microsoft MVC package. Apparently you tried to install the wrong package file. Please upload the official payu money package.

Note: Now i tried with payu Money .nupkg file. 

 

And when i will try to install it then it gives following error.

Hi,

 

the package is not compatible with the current version 2.2.1.0.

Please get a new version from the developer.
Then I'll try it out in my shop.
