Hello there, we use NOP as a CMS, and considering switching over to Smartstore. Seems more active and the auto update is perfect. I realize its not meant for that. So was word press, but now its the biggest site!

Am I allowed to use it as I please without disclosing the name

How is security maintained

What is the user management/membership and identity component like, and how is it different from the ASP MVC Identity.

Hi,

 

you are allowed to use it as you please as long as you adhere to GPLv3. You don't have to disclose our name.

 

No application is 100% secure but we’ll do our best ;-) Security is one of our main priorities!

 

The membership component is custom built. But we plan to use the ASP.NET identity component in one of our future releases.
