I have some questions about smartstore.net.

1. Is ticketing system in CMS supported? User questions etc?
2. Is there some thing like "live chat" available (in webshop CMS)?
3. Is there an option for saving shopping cart / "temporary cart" - so that cart items are saved in case that checkout process is interrupted / closed by user?
4. Are there any analysis of how far does customer go in shopping process? Analyse of users and their behaviour on page? How far did they proceed, when did they cancel checkout / close window etc.. so some sort of action logging system / support for re-marketing?
5. Any options for analysis and making reports (monthly, yearly?)?
6. Is there any development documentation avaiable?
7. Is there a possibility for GEO IP BLOCK (maybe related to item; example: "so that some of items are avaiable just in one country")?
8. Is there any XML feed for items? XML Export; XML Import?
9. Support for A/B testing avaiable?

1. Yes, ask question about a product and get in contact form.

2. Yes, a live chat plugin is available for free

3. Yes. Cart items are always stored.

4. There is an activity log (view an entity, placed an order etc.) and a google analytics and etracker plugin.

5. Yes. Dashboard shows statistics like bestsellers, order totals etc. and there is a filterable bestseller and never purchased product list.

6. Only the github wiki but a complete documentation is in progress.

7. No, not out of the box.

8. Yes. XML Feeds: Google Merchant Center, Billiger.de, Elmar Shopinfo, Guenstiger.de, LeGuide. Plus XML export. XML Import only via Shop-Connector plugin.
