We are a Turkish company and considering to use SmartStore for our needs. We would like to ask if SmartStore payment system is 100% compatible with Turkish Banking system. Is there any requirement to accept Credit Card payments?

I do not know any requirements to implement a credit card payment method in SmartStore.NET.

It should be eliminated if there would be one.
