I don't see anything in the license that forces you to maintain it in your projects or derivations:

SmartStore.NET is open source and for free. You are free to remove that badge.

 

But do you think we have nothing better to do than to tell you how to disintegrate our software? The sourcecode is on github, please feel free to change everything you like.
