I want my application to  automatically Sign up user using some information like name ,emailid and mobile number.and then to send a temporary password to user Via SMS and email immediately post signup. Password can be changed anytime later. If user does not wish to change the same, we will leave it on user discretion.

you would have to adapt SmartStore.NET to achieve this behavior.
