Hello friends,

 

I am setting up a webshop in Bekgium, and I want european companies that have a valid VAT number to be able to buy without VAT taxes.

Only thing is, I cannot seem to get it to work. In settings I did the following: (see attachement)

 

 

But If I create an account for a German company with valid VAT id, I still get 21% tax added...

I have tried everything...

 

Can you help me out?

The settings seem to be ok. Are you really sure that the VAT ID with which you test is valid? Please have a look at Backend > Edit customer details > VAT number to verify.
