Hi All

 

I am having a problem with my cart, I get the following error.

"shipping options could not be loaded"

 

I believe I have setup my shipping options, and I cant find a setting that I have not checked. 

 

If anyone can help.

Hi Derek,

 

that sounds like some of the shipping options are limited for some countries.
You can find the settings under

Configuration -> Shipping -> Shipping method restrictions

 

Please mark just the checkbox(es) for the country or countries in which you want the shipping method(s) not available.
