Hi all,

 

I am doing test about restore backup database to see behavior of smartstore. I have restored a backup of other smartstore and overwrite present database without touch web  and now the smartstore give me the error "We're sorry, an internal error has occurred." that doesn't give me a lot information.

How can I see details errors to fix problem?

I did it and now I must see details errors but ... now smarstore works!! I haven't touch anymore only added it to web.config

 

I have put again original code to web.config and continue working well.

Did you restart smartstore.net after you have restored the database?

 

if you edit the web.config and save it, the application (here smartstore.net) will restart.

No, I didn't restart it.

How can I restart it? from pool into IIS?

By changing the web.config file or "Restart application" in the backend (click on gear icon on the right in the header).
