Hi all,

 

can you help me to center picture into slider? has by default aling top and always eat a little the top menu bar.

I know what happen with it but yet I don't know how solve.

 

The problem is that with internet explorer the vertical aling is center into slider and is ok, but with I open with Safari, Chrome etc. vertical aling doesn't works well.

 

how can I solve it to see well in all explorers?

I am watching diferents between internet explorer 8 and 9 also.

 

IE8 slider is center but tipografy is diferent (very pixelated)

IE9 slider is not center but tipografy is ok.

Chrome slider is not center but tipografy is ok.

The slider elements are absolutely positioned (see Themes/Alpha/Content/slider.less). No chance to get satisfying results with vertical-align or similar stuff. You may want to have a look at the .sequence-canvas .picture [img] selectors within this file. Sorry, but I can't give a detailed CSS walkthrough here :-) Anyhow you can change the slider behaviour completey with slider.less.

I have solved it putting pictures with background transparents  :-)

The error with tipography yet I am searching solutions why some old explorers doesn't work.
