not understanding "Bundle item individually in the shopping cart"

I don't seem to see anything different in the cart when I turn this setting on or off.  Can someone explain what this setting is supposed to do on a bundled product?

Also, can you confirm that a bundled product with an attribute should have the attribute show up on the bundled product page?

Quantity and price of bundle items appear in the shopping cart. Inventory management based on the bundle items, rather than of the bundle.

Correct me if I am not understanding this well.  I think what you are saying is that when "Bundle item individually in the shopping cart" = true then I should be able in the cart screen to edit the quantity of the items in the bundle instead of the bundle overall.  

I tried to review this on your demo site but getting errors adding http://demo.smartsto...inecraft-bundle to the cart and also getting errors when I added a different product it gave an error going to the cart screen.

Sorry, the shop customer can not edit the set quantity of items in a bundle. This is not possible at the moment, that would be a nice feature request or project for custom extension.

The option Bundle item individually in the shopping cart is just for display.

If this option is activated, the price and quantity of bundle items will be displayed in the shopping cart. Furthermore, inventory management will be based on the bundle items rather than the bundle as a whole.

The bundle article ID will be exported in the order.
