Cannot Send Email Issue

Hi, I am facing the issue about email setting in admin page.  In the Admin -> Config -> Email Accounts, I set the email info (use google smtp service)  and click test email, the error message is System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: The operation has timed out. Any step I missed? 

P.S. I already in https environment and attached the screen capture of the email setting and error result.

Hi all, I already found the solution. The reason is the password must be the strong password (for smtp.gmail.com).
