Discount % overlay on products

Hi,

I encounter a issue when using a discount on products, we use 2 currency's, US Dollar and EURO, the red discount overlay is there when using the euro, when switching to US Dollar the overlay is not there on the product, on other currency's this have the same behaviour, when using Pound sterling GBP there is a overlay but instead of -10% what it has to be its shows -21%

Is this a bug?
