Can't change greeting text on registration page

I was looking on language sets how to change the following text on registration page but I couln't find it. Is there any other resource where I can change it so I can have this message in some other language?

Go to CMS > Topics in the backend, search for system name "LoginRegistrationInfo" and open and edit it.
