Postfinance licence activation problem

Dear,

I am having problems with the activation of the licence for the Postfinance plugin ( http://community.sma...inance-payment/ )

I got the licence key and activated it. SmartStore support checked in their system and confirmed the licence code was activated.

When I try to configure the plugin, I am getting an error and message that the plugin licence checking could not be done. See the attached image of the error.

What could be wrong? How to solve this?

Hi,

please change (bin-folder) the enclosed file in the rar file.

Then restart the shop and try again.

What RAR file do you mean? Did you forgot to attach it?

Do you mean the main bin folder of SmartStore installation?
