SmartStore Plugin Guru Needed

We are just starting to implement SmartStore for a project.  We are looking for a developer that we can consult with to make sure we are not reinventing the wheel, following best practices, and aiding in archtecting solutions.  This won't be more than a couple hours a week.  Maybe a bit more in the beginning and could turn into develop doing coding if both parties want to go that route.   

Hours of work are very flexible.  Please speak english.
