You really shouldn't use online translators. Your post is mostly gibberish 
From what I could understand: it's definitely possible after code & theme modifications, but not out-of-the-box:
- Implement one or more plugins which are reponsible for importing product data from the required sources (optimally invoked by scheduled tasks)
- Change the theme to reflect your requirements
