You can add a discount (Promotions -> Discounts) with "Must be assigned to customer role" and assign it to the relevant products.

thanks for the reply, I did not mean quite that, it is necessary to set an individual price for each product for a regular customer.

Customer specific pricing is not possible at the moment, only on customer role level as Marcus mentioned above already.

Use tier prices option (from quantity=0) which can be defined per customer role too
